Email is still the primary way most documents get shared at work. Large PDF attachments create problems at every step: bounced emails, spam-filter flags, slow downloads on mobile, and recipients quietly never opening them.

Questions people ask.

What is the Gmail attachment limit?
Gmail allows up to 25 MB total per email (all attachments combined). For a single PDF, aim for under 10 MB to leave room for the email body and other attachments.
My PDF is 30 MB. Can I email it?
After compression, probably yes. If not, split into multiple smaller PDFs using the Split tool, or send a file-sharing link instead of a direct attachment.
Does compression affect the email itself?
No. Compression happens before you attach. The email system receives a smaller, standard PDF — the recipient sees a normal attachment with no indication it was compressed.
Is this tool free?
Yes. Unlimited compressions, no account, no file count limits. Runs entirely in your browser.
