TenX PDF provides browser-based PDF tools. Every operation runs locally in your browser. No files are uploaded to our servers.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that the tools will meet every requirement, that results will be perfect, or that the Service will always be available.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TenX Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

5. Your responsibility

You're responsible for the files you process and for making sure your use of the tools complies with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
